Customer Policy

Effective Date: 10th March, 2026

This Customer Policy outlines the terms and guidelines applicable to customers, organizers, and clients (“Customers”) who use Artistspedia to discover, connect with, and book artists through our platform.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this Customer Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1 Platform Role

Artistspedia acts as a platform that connects artists and customers.

We do not directly provide performance services. All bookings, agreements, and performance terms are made between the Customer and the Artist.

Artistspedia is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of any performance unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Subscription Model

Access to certain features and services on Artistspedia may require the purchase of a subscription plan.

The subscription plans provide users with access to platform features such as profile visibility, promotional opportunities, and other benefits depending on the selected plan.

Details of available subscription plans, pricing, and features can be found on the Subscription Plan page.

By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the following:

  • Subscription plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the plan details before making a purchase.
  • Artistspedia reserves the right to modify or update subscription plans and pricing at its discretion.

3 Booking Process

Customers may browse artist profiles and contact artists through the platform.

All booking details, such as performance type, date, time, venue, and pricing, must be mutually agreed upon between the Customer and the Artist.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the artist’s availability and suitability before finalizing a booking.

4 Payments

If payments are processed through Artistspedia, customers must make payments using the approved payment methods listed on the platform.

If payments are made directly to the artist, Artistspedia is not responsible for payment disputes.

Any advance payment or booking fee terms must be clearly discussed before confirmation.

All applicable taxes, service charges, or transaction fees (if any) will be clearly communicated.

5 Cancellation Policy

a. Customer Cancellation

Customers must inform the artist as early as possible in case of cancellation.

Refund eligibility depends on the agreement made between the Customer and the Artist.

Artistspedia is not responsible for refund processing unless payment was made directly through the platform.

b. Artist Cancellation

If an artist cancels after confirmation, the Customer should directly coordinate for a refund or rescheduling.

Artistspedia may assist in communication, but is not liable for financial compensation unless otherwise stated.

6 Refund Policy

Refunds related to bookings are subject to the mutual agreement between the Customer and the Artist.

For subscription plans purchased through Artistspedia, no refunds will be provided once the subscription has been activated, except in cases of technical billing errors or duplicate transactions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Ensure a safe and suitable performance environment
  • Honor agreed-on payment timelines
  • Treat artists with professionalism and respect
  • Comply with all local laws and event regulations

8 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

Customers and Artists are encouraged to resolve matters amicably.

Artistspedia may provide limited support in facilitating communication.

Final liability lies between the contracting parties (Customer and Artist).

9 Code of Conduct

Customers must not:

  • Harass or misuse artists
  • Provide misleading event information
  • Engage in unlawful or unethical activities
  • Use artist information outside the agreed purpose without consent

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

Artistspedia shall not be liable for:

  • Performance quality issues
